2.1 Browsing data

The systems and software used to operate this Site may collect, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This includes:

This data is transmitted securely to our internal processing system (automated workflow) and used exclusively to respond to your request, manage the commercial contact related to TOSCA, and provide the information you have requested.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

2.3 Analytics data (with your consent)

Contact form data — the processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or the legitimate interest of the Controller in managing and responding to requests received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Browsing data — the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller in ensuring the security and correct functioning of the Site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data submitted via the form is retained for the time necessary to manage your request and any subsequent commercial relationship, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to protect the rights of the Controller.

Browsing data collected for security purposes is retained for a maximum of 30 days, unless further retention is required for investigations into offences.

Analytics data is subject to Google Analytics retention settings (default: 14 months) and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Technical service providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting infrastructure, automation workflow systems) who process data only on our documented instructions
